MESSENGER/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

SUMMARY

Responsible to act as the Rhone Bahamas Company Messenger and also to provide general office administrative support.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Messenger:
  • Delivering and picking up packages and other items to specific locations in an efficient manner.
  • Administrative Assistant:
  • Answering incoming calls, greeting clients.
  • Filing, scanning, archiving.
  • Assisting with the preparation of all documents with respect to creation, control and filing of new mandates and database maintenance.
  • Sorting and processing mail, maintaining supplies, scheduling meetings.
  • Processing bank statements.
  • Maintaining and assisting with the use of office equipment.
  • Assisting with the preparation of courier packages.
  • Preparation of documentation for the Registrar General, etc.
  • Any other miscellaneous duties assigned.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Clean driver’s license and police record.
  • High school diploma or higher.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent command of English, oral and written.
