MULTI FAMILY OFFICE (MFO) CLIENT MANAGER

SUMMARY

Reporting to the local Managing Director, the Multi Family Office Client Manager is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to Rhone’s MFO clients.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Act as the primary contact for Rhone’s multi family office clients
  • Managing a broad variety of activities and requirements, including:
  • Managing real estate properties
  • Managing corporate structures (including annual financial statements)
  • Managing administrative services (e.g. insurance (car, contents, medical etc), storage of personal artefacts, residency visas etc)
  • Managing artwork and luxury car collections
  • Coordinating with Private Banks/External Asset Managers around banking activities (market transactions, payments, account opening etc)
  • Coordination with external service providers
  • Processing payment of bills and invoices
  • Periodic reporting (cash balances, portfolio valuation, CRS and Economic Substance etc)
  • Tracking and reporting of the status of the above-mentioned activities, working closely with other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion
  • Coordination of monthly billing to MFO clients

 

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, French an advantage.

Clear and concise communication, particularly written when interacting daily with MFO clients.

Very good knowledge of MS Office tools.

Ability to work independently to efficiently complete multiple tasks of varying complexity.

Problem solving.

Excellent organizational skills.

High degree of discretion and diplomacy.

Have experience in working in Monaco.

Have a valid work permit (Monaco)
