SENIOR TRUST MANAGER

SUMMARY
The Senior Trust Manager manages and develops a portfolio of structures, carrying out all trust management and administration activities for all allocated trusts. This role will be supporting one Partner and the Trust Directors.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Proactively review the portfolio of structures with a view to enhancing and improving with integrity
- Assist the Partner and Trust Director to develop new business and increase fee revenue from the existing book of business
- Assume and coordinate all day-to-day administrative responsibilities for the portfolio of trusts and underlying companies
- Ensure the implementation of administrative procedures and other Rhone directives to ensure consistency and quality in administrative standards and to take steps to reduce the overall risk being incurred by the company
- Adhere to the Company’s Code of Conduct, Policies and Procedure and Directives, specifically but not limited to all KYC, AML and CTF responsibilities as prescribed under relevant laws
REQUIREMENTS
- Recognised international trust (or related professional) qualification or equivalent
- Extensive experience of managing UK based trust structures essential
- Accounting experience and qualification required
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of next generation management preferable, such as Environment, Social and Governance investing
- Excellent command of English and working knowledge of French beneficial for interaction with Swiss based teams
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to efficiently complete multiple assignments
- Excellent organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Diplomatic, with a strong sense of discretion
- Ability to manage a heavy and varied workload
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Team management skills would also be beneficial
