Trust Administrator

Location: Geneva


The Trust Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to Partners and Senior Trust Managers within our Geneva office.

Job Description

  • Providing trust and company administration support services including but not limited to: drafting of trust and corporate structures related documents, making timely regulatory reporting and ensuring that our internal clients’ data base is kept up to date along with clients’ records – accuracy of data being captured is therefore paramount.
  • Providing support with Bank account opening processes and participating in ad hoc projects or matters that are ancillary to trust administration.
  • Liaising with third parties and intermediaries where required (i.e. Banks, Law firms, etc.).
  • Responsible for the scanning and filing of trust and corporate structures documentation.



  • Trust Administration experience: minimum of 3 years in the administration of trust, companies and foundations as a prerequisite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, completing multiple assignments within given deadlines.
  • Outstanding team player with collaborative attitude and a cooperative mindset.
  • Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Diplomatic, loyal with a strong sense of discretion and high ethical standards.
  • Bachelor degree or CFC.
  • STEP qualified or willingness to study towards STEP professional qualification.
