Monica began her career at PwC, developing strong expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and audit coordination. She joined the Rhone Group in 2017 as Deputy Chief Financial Officer, where she played a central role in establishing the Group’s financial consolidation framework and coordinating audit processes across jurisdictions.

Based in Geneva, she was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in October 2025 and now oversees the Group’s financial strategy, governance, and reporting.

Monica holds an MSc in Finance and Accounting from Robert Gordon University and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
