Victor joined the Rhone Group as Chief Executive Officer in 2024 and is based in Geneva. Prior to joining the group, Victor spent seven years in the Global Private Banking & Wealth Division of HSBC focusing on client management and servicing including support of the Trust & Fiduciary Services business. Prior to this, he has held a variety of Customer Facing and Operational Leadership roles in the financial services sector in the Americas and Europe.

Victor holds a Master of Arts in International Business from the University of Edinburgh and speaks English and Russian.
